Til death do us part

This might be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.

Okay, guys, I know I said I was going to bed but can I just point out one little thing here?

Do you notice how it’s blurry at the beginning and suddenly sharpens at the end?

When it’s blurry, it’s because when you’re in love, you supposedly don’t see anything other than the person you love.

And when it sharpens, it’s because the world has come back into focus now that their loved one is gone.

It’s scary when someone suicidal falls in love. They finally feel like they’ve found someone who makes them want to try, makes them want to live, makes them want to get better. They start to feel like they matter. They put all their love into another person, once again leaving none for themselves. But the scariest part is watching them after the person who saved them leaves. No reason why, no explanation, nothing. What happens when all hope is lost and you can see the happiness drain from their eyes leaving that soul more damaged than it was before. No amount of compliments makes up for the void left in your heart. That person will slowly fall back into their old ways. Watching someone lose all hope in themselves and become self-destructive again is one of the worst feelings in the world. It’s even worse when that person is you.
